DESCRIPTION: The project is a beach resort which is well located in the fabulous scenery of Saadiyat Island. It consist of suites, restaurants, a swimming pool area, sports courts and other facilities. ECOBUILD was assigned to develop the sustainability and MEP design. Unique internal and external solutions have been applied according to the clients' needs while provide high efficiency, energy savings as well as cost-savings. The project successfully achieved Two Pearls Estidama ratings.
